Hey! Glad you stopped by. My name is Winnetta and I have a pet peeve on the internet. I seem to find all the grammar and spelling errors on a webpage. They just jump right out at me! For example, I was on a page for a very large and popular resort hotel and found this:
“Imagine an enchanted palace where it snows indoor and happiness reins.”
Now I don’t know about you, but I use reins to guide the horse I am riding. And generally, happiness reigns in my life. I know some people may consider this picky, but I find this way too often. It appears that we are becoming an illiterate society and I intend to take this on — single-handedly, if necessary!
